Hope has an award-winning drama team with several championships to show for their thespian abilities. Each year, HOPE's drama team participates in the NMAA State Drama Competition and the ENMU Drama Festival in Portales.	HOPE's MS/HS Performing Arts department puts on two main stage productions per year - one each for the Middle School and High School drama teams. Drama begins early at HOPE with the Elementary students performing in an annual musical.	Each Spring and most Summers the Middle School and High School drama classes do missions work together. Visiting children's homes, retirement homes and churches, they perform skits and serve the residents, and have a grand time doing it.
