Re-Enrollment Process

Here is the process for our current Husky families to re-enroll for the following school year:  
 

As you complete your re-enrollment, please remember to:

  1. Verify Demographic Information: Check and update your contact details (address, phone numbers, email) to ensure we have the most current information for communication.
  2. Submit Custodial Documents: If there have been any changes in custody or legal arrangements, please provide us with updated documentation to keep our records accurate.
  3. Review Emergency Contact & Pick-Up List: Double-check that the people listed as emergency contacts and authorized to pick up your child are up to date. Please include all custodial parents and at least two additional contacts.
  4. Incidental Expenses Account: In addition to tuition payments, please be sure to set up a financial account for incidental expenses, such as extended care, lunches, and class fees. This account will help streamline billing and ensure your child’s participation in all school activities.
  5. Student/Family Directory: The student and family directory information for the 2025-2026 school year will be published via renweb and will be available in the parent portal. Please read through your household information in your re-enrollment packet (as you have the opportunity to block any of your information that will be part of the online directory).
  6. Optional Peace of Mind Insurance: This valuable service is provided through FACTS for those on a payment plan and provides peace of mind upon the death of either the tuition plan owner or their legal spouse. Restrictions do apply. Several of our families have been able to benefit from this coverage during times of great loss, and we want to make sure all our families are aware of this option.   7. Chromebook insurance: Insurance to cover your student's Chromebook for the 2025-2026 school year can be purchased starting in August.


Withdrawal Deadline:
Please note that the withdrawal deadline has been moved to May 31st this year, instead of July 15th as in previous years. This change will allow us to better plan for the upcoming school year and ensure that all families are accommodated. Please keep this in mind as you prayerfully consider enrollment  for the 2025-2026 school year and review all refund/ release of contract policies in our handbook and enrollment contracts.

Re-enrollment Directions:
Only the 'Enrollment Responsible' parent will be able to access the Enrollment Packets. If you log in and do not see the Enrollment Packet, the other parent has been selected as the Enrollment Responsible parent . Please email the Admissions Office if this needs to be changed. Please note that the household who enrolls the student is the household responsible for the full tuition contract.

  • The district code is HCS-NM
  • Click on Apply/Enroll
  • Click on Enrollment/Re-enrollment
  • Click on “Start Enrollment Packet “ Enroll your oldest student first!


The deadline to complete the online process and submit the enrollment packet is February 13th. A $100 late fee will be added and your student's space may not be guaranteed after Feb 13th.

The Returning Student Registration fee of $290* should be paid online by echeck or credit/debit card as the last step to complete the enrollment.  There is NO additional convenience fee charged if paid through this Online Enrollment Portal. 

The Yearly Book Usage fee of $150 per student will be charged and invoiced separately, due with your first tuition payment.

*The Registration fee may be paid in installments if you notify the Admissions Department by February 7th: Payments may be spread out ($97 each for February, March, and April, paid by auto draft through your FACTS account for those months on the 15th).  Please notify the Admissions Department in writing by February 7th if you plan to utilize this option by emailing [email protected]. Please make sure to include your student's name.
