Tuition and Fees
2024-25 Tuition & Assistance
Interest-free Payment Plans: Tuition can be paid in full by June 20th, or monthly through FACTS Tuition Management. After setting up an account online, payments are automatically withdrawn from a checking account, or charged to a credit card (with an additional transaction fee).
Pay-in-Full Discount: Pay entire tuition balance by June 13th in person, or online by June 20th for a 4% discount.
Multi-Student Discount: Families receive a 10% tuition discount on 2nd child, 20% on the 3rd, and 50% (with enrollment and book fees waived) on 4th and subsequent students. Students must be legal siblings living in the same household.
Campus Promotion Discount: Students who complete PK4, 5th, and 8th grade at HCS are eligible for a $400 tuition discount when they enroll in Kindergarten, 6th, or 9th grades the following year.
Alumni Discount: A 10% discount is available for students whose parent or grandparent graduated from HCS (not stackable with Pay-in-Full discount). All discounts are applied on a decreasing balance, in the following order:
1. Multi-student discount (staff and non-staff)
2. Pre-payment discount -OR- Alumni discount (not a combination)
3. Campus promotion discount (if applicable)
New Student Application Fee: $30 for Preschool and PreK and $90 for K-12. This fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
New Student Enrollment Fee: This one-time (if student remains enrolled), $405 fee is due upon enrollment and is non-refundable and nontransferable.
Returning Student Annual Fee is $290 annually to reenroll a student. A $50 late fee is added when a family reenrolls after the reenrollment period.
Yearly Book Fee is $150 and is added to the first monthly tuition payment. This fee is nonrefundable and non-transferable.

Service Fees and Late Fees are applied for credit card payments (3.31%), nonsufficient funds ($30/transaction), and late payments ($40/late payment).
Extended Supervision for PreK is $7.75/hour, and $5.25/hour for K-5th grade.
Supervised Study Hall is available for 6th-12th grade students for $5.25/hour.
Purchasing Lunch is optional and includes a full meal for PreK-5th grade at $6.25/day or a-la-carte options for 6th-12th grade (ranging from $6-$10).
Yearbooks are optional for students and cost between $25-$150, depending on the campus.
Senior Class Fees
Senior trip (optional): averages $1200
Cap & gown averages $35
Senior pictures, announcements, coronation outfits - costs vary
Club Fees $25 - $100
Sports Fees $50 - $2,000 (vary by grade level and sport)
