Pick-up time for Middle School students is between 2:55 – 3:20pm. Students not picked up by 3:20pm will be required to check into Supervised Study Hall or Academic Assistance, unless they are involved in any clubs or athletics.
Yes. Students are not allowed to go off campus for lunch or otherwise, unless a parent gives permission. Further, all visitors must be approved by the administration.
Parents will receive an email and/or text notifying them of delays or closures. Please check local TV stations for delays and closures of Hope Christian Schools.
Parents will be notified via PARENT ALERT and/or email in the event of a lockdown.
The Albuquerque Police Department asks that parents NOT come to the school if Hope Christian School goes into a lockdown or experiences a critical incident. This will assist the Police in dealing with the situation. Instead, we ask that parents report to our reunification site, which is the main sanctuary of Hoffmantown Church, located at 8888 Harper Drive NE. If Hope Christian School goes into a lockdown, a member of the school staff will report to Hoffmantown Church. Once there, the staff member will update parents on the incident and will provide parents with the most up-to-date information available on what is occurring at the school. We will also communicate with parents through email. Again, if the school is in lockdown, please do NOT come to the school as this will impair the ability of police officers to deal effectively with the situation.
