Q: What are normal school hours?
Hope Preschool:
8:30 am--3:00 pm
8:30 am--3:00 pm
Hope Elementary:

Q: Do you have a school calendar?
Q: What is the student/teacher ratio?
The ratio of students to teachers is 18:1.
Q: What is your dress code?
Please check the current Student Handbook for dress code information.
Q: Do you have school supply lists?
Yes. They are published each summer around July and will be available on our web site.
Q: Do you require students to have parking permits?
Yes, for high school students who drive to school, parking permits can be purchased in the high school office.
Q: How do students get a locker assignment?
Students come in at the end of the summer before school starts and select their own locker. An email will be sent so students know when to come in, according to seniority.
Q: Are all of your teachers degreed or certified?
Yes, all of Hope's teachers are degreed or certified.
Q: What percentage of your students go on to college?
We are pleased to report that 95% of Hope students proceed to college.
Q: Do you have a college counselor?
Yes, we provide college counseling from 9th grade through graduation.
Q: How often do you have chapel?
Students attend chapel once a week.
Q: Do you have a closed campus?
Yes, students are not allowed to go off campus for lunch. However, once a month seniors are permitted to leave campus for lunch on a designated day.
Q: Is your school Accredited?
Yes, we are accredited through the State of New Mexico, ICAA, and AdvancEd.
Q: Can students use cell phones at school?
No, students are not allowed to use cell phones during school hours.
Q: When my child is absent, do I need to notify the school?
Yes, whenever a student is absent, please email your campus at the following:
