8th Grade Community Service Project

The 8th Grade class has adopted the Albuquerque Police Department NE Sub Station. Each officer and Detective that works at the sub station has students that have adopted them for the school year. The students pray for their officer each school day. The 8th grade class also provides snacks for the briefing room at the sub station. Twice during the school year the students serve the officers a meal at their briefing times. The students get to show support and minister to the officers who risk their lives daily and do not get recognized for the jobs they do.
