Hope student with Compassion kids on a missions trip to Ecuador

Outreach / Ministry

Meager Rations is Hope Christian High School's student-led mission organization whose mission is to "To encourage the students at Hope Christian School to grow in a relationship with Christ that we might impact the city of Albuquerque and the country of Ecuador."

Some of the outreach opportunities that are available through Meager Rations include:

Letter writing committee: This group is responsible for writing letters to the children we sponsor through compassion. This is open to mid-school and high-school students.

Design commitee: We are need of a few people to design some promotional material such as cards, flyers and videos.

Prayer team: We are starting a prayer team this year.  We will be collecting prayer requests from the students and praying for them on a regular basis.

Inner city missions group: We have mission opportunities planned every other weekend in the city of Albuquerque.

Foreign Missions: Each summer a group of high school students goes to Ecuador on a missions trip.
